1) The PRICES published for each individual lot represent the starting price of that lot.

2) ALLOCATION OF LOTS - Each lot shall be awarded to the highest bidder. In case of multiple bidders with the same bid, the lot shall be awarded to the first chronologically registered bidder.

3) AUCTION FEES - Auction fees are determined at the rate of 22% VAT included, for dealers with regular VAT registration, the fees are 17% VAT included, to be added to the lot allocation price.

4) PHOTO REPRODUCTION - The published material is reproduced photographically in high definition. The item you purchase is exactly as represented in each image associated with the specific lot. No claims will be accepted for characteristics or defects of the item shown in the catalog or shown in photos.

5) GRADING JUDGMENT - Grading judgments, where present, are always subjective and therefore no claims will be accepted based on a different grading judgment than may be expressed in the auction catalog.

6) GUARANTEE OF AUTHENTICITY AND LEGAL PROVENANCE - It is guaranteed that the material offered for sale is authentic (unless expressly stated to the contrary, as, for example, in the case of Vintage Fakes) and of lawful provenance within the meaning of current legal regulations.

7) DISPUTES - Claims will be accepted only in relation to the authenticity of the object.

Any disputes about the authenticity of the item sold will be considered only if accompanied by certification from an expert officially registered as a numismatic expert. In case of dispute, the material must be sent to our premises (undamaged and without damage including to boxes or wrappings - without breaking of seals where present) by and under the responsibility of the author of the dispute. Place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Treviso.

8) SHIPMENTS - Cost for abroad is 20 euros, for Italy 15 euros. Shipments are sent insured at an additional cost of 2% above the sum of 250 euros, for Italy via the insured Postal service at the recipient's risk. Shipments abroad are sent by insured courier from Austria. Insured shipping provides only guarantees for theft and loss.

9) Invoices must be paid within 30 days from the date of issue.

10) PAYMENTS - Payment can be made only:
